1. Offer Period
- Valid from 26 November 2025 to 31 July 2026.
- Only burials concluded within the offer period qualify, subject to full payment being received.
- Quotes issued before start of the offer period will only qualify for burials concluded within offer period.
2. Eligibility
- The offer is available to all customers burying with Two Mountains Burial Services, whether using a Two Mountains policy or paying cash for the funeral service.
- Only one offer applies per deceased member/burial event, regardless of the number of Two Mountains policies covering the life of the deceased member, whether the policies are claimed before or after the funeral service.
3. Tombstone Discount (20% saving up to R20,000)
- Discount applies only to Two Mountains-installed tombstones.
- Applicable on selected models/ranges: (as per final tombstone catalogue)
- Maximum saving is R20,000, regardless of tombstone price.
- Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
- Installation should be within 1 year of the burial service conducted by Two Mountains Burial Services.
- Delivery costs will apply where destination is 100KM from Two Mountains branch location.
4. Upgraded Casket Discount (25% saving up to R5,000)
- Discount applies only to selected premium caskets.
- Maximum saving is R5,000.
- Discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Subject to stock availability.
5. Substitution Benefits
Families can choose to substitute the standard family car benefit offered in their package.
5.1. Substitute 1 family car for ONE of the following substitution package options applies:
Package 1: Catering Equipment Home Setup & Transport Package.
Package 2: Standard Headstone (Selected models and ranges)
5.2. Substitute 2 family cars for ONE of the following substitution package options applies:
Package 1: Catering Equipment Home Setup & Transport Package. Plus a
Headstone (Selected models and ranges)
Package 2: Full Tombstone (Selected models and ranges)
Catering Equipment Home Setup & Transport Package includes:
- Catering Equipment for 100 people
- Gas stove
- 4 pots
- Plates & spoons
- 4 tables
- A1 memorial photo
- Transport/Bus service
Terms for Substitution Benefits:
- Substitute benefit limited to the value of the original package benefit.
- If the selected substitute exceeds the value limit, the difference is payable by the family.
- Not exchangeable for cash.
- Only one substitution per burial event and per deceased member regardless of number of Two Mountains policies that covered the deceased life.
- Substitution must be selected at funeral planning stage with a Two Mountains Burial service consultant-before the funeral service is rendered.
6. General Conditions
- Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions unless approved in writing.
- Offers subject to stock availability and operational capacity.
- Two Mountains reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
- All services are subject to standard Two Mountains Burial Services operating terms.
